Payment methods

Parents who find it more convenient to pay fees by regular smaller payments (ie weekly, fortnightly or monthly) may do so provided that payment is received by the due date. Parents wishing to use this method should make an appointment with the Finance Officer to discuss arrangements by Week 2 of Term 1.

The School offers payment of fees by the following means:-

  • Cash / Cheque
  • Credit Card / EFTPOS / BPay
  • Centrepay which is a free direct bill paying service offered to people receiving payments from Centrelink. Regular amounts are deducted from your Centrelink payment and paid directly to the school.
  • Direct Transfer from nominated bank account – forms available at the office. Families who already have a direct debit in place with us should increase or amend their payment at the beginning of each year by contacting the school office.

Supporting our families

Our school makes special provision for families who qualify for School Card. If you’re eligible, you will receive a discount on fees. If for some reason, your family is experiencing financial difficulties, you are invited to discuss your situation and possible solutions with either the Bursar or the Principal.
